Rates & Insurance

Treatment sessions at APEX Physical Therapy are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy skilled in Manual Therapy techniques and will last 1 hour. Prices are subject to change based on plan of care.  

We are a fee-for-service provider and are considered out-of-network by traditional insurances companies. However, invoices will be provided with necessary coding for your use to report self-claims to your insurance company for possible reimbursement or help in meeting the deductible. Your out-of-pocket expense will often be the same or less at APEX at the end of your treatment plan compared to using your traditional insurance.
